As a convenience to our clients and in support of the "Go Green" initiative, we are providing a secure on-line Advertising Insertion Form. You can pay your account using American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Diner's Club or PayPal. Your payment must be included with this form or immediately be made through PayPal.com after you Submit this form. All submissions are conveniently redirected to PayPal, just log into your PayPal account and use news@chipmunkchatter.org to send a payment. If made your payment with a credit card upon submission, just close your brower.
SPECIAL SERVICES
1. Advertisers are listed on ChipmunkChatter.org with a link to website or Facebook and previous editions are online as well.
2. Advertising layout service is available at no additional fee. Just provide the publisher with logo, pictures, text and publisher will create ad and send proof to advertiser for their approval.
3. Two copies of the completed publication will be provided to all advertisers once the publication is ready for distribution.

COMMISSIONS
No commission is allowed on product costs or miscellaneous and mechanical charges. Digital-ready copy must be provided with written insertion orders. No digital-ready discounts.
ADVERTISING RATE POLICIES
Publisher reserves the right, on 30 days notice, to revise rates on any agreement not signed. COPY AND CONTRACT REGULATIONS
 1. Publisher reserves the right, without giving specific reason, to refuse advertising that is not in keeping with publisher’s standards.
 2. Advertisers and advertising agencies assume liability for all content of advertisements printed and also assume responsibility for any claims arising therefrom made against the publisher.
 3. Advertising simulating editorial content is subject to approval of publisher and will be clearly labeled “advertisement”.
 4. Liability for errors in advertisements will not exceed the cost of the space occupied by the error. Ad proofs are solely for error correction and minor changes.
 5. Dates and times for cancellation of ads are the same as the deadlines for placing the ad.
 6. Advertising proof approval is due no later than May 15, 2018.
 7. All materials supplied to or produced by the Chipmunk Chatter becomes the property of the publisher.
 8. Every effort will be made to meet reasonable position requests. Failure to meet these requests will not constitute cause for adjustment or refund.
 9. Verbal cancellation must be followed by a letter within 5 working days.
10. Acceptance of advertising from any business in no way constitutes approval or endorsement of products or services advertised by the Chipmunk Chatter.
ADVERTISING COST
Advertising costs based upon the number of editorial pages required to meet specifications of Chipmunk Chatter,.
CLOSING TIME
Email and verbal confirmation of insertion orders are accepted. Payment can be made online via PayPal using news@ChipmunkChatter.org as the payee address.
Payment and advertising copy are due by May 10, 2018. The publication will begin distribution prior to Memorial Day 2018.
MECHANICAL SPECIFICATIONS
Halftone screens are 150 dpi. Full page is 10” x 10.5”. Half page is 5.25” x 10”. Quarter page is 4.825” x 5.25”. Eighth page is 4.825” x 2.625”. Sixteenth page is 2.38 x 2.625. Insert Ads are 8.5 x 11 and printed on 100# Glossy Text, with a full bleed and require halftone screens of 300 dpi. All pages are in full color.

By submitting this form, I verify that I have read, understand and accept the above terms and conditions. I understand that this “Advertising Agreement” will allow me to advertise in the Chipmunk Chatter and I will pay in advance prior for the printing and distribution of the publication. I also certify that the information supplied for billing is correct. In the event it becomes necessary for the Chipmunk Chatter to incur collection costs or institute suit to collect under this agreement. I promise to pay such additional collection costs, interest, and such sum as the court may deem reasonable as attorney’s fees.
